Historical data and past performance are not a reliable indicator of future results. Algorithms that provided correct signals in the past may provide incorrect signals in the future.

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the app or the associated server. Maintenance work, technical failures, or force majeure may lead to temporary outages.

What data is collected?
We only collect the minimum data necessary for the operation of the app.
During registration:
- Email address — for identification and delivery of the verification code
- API key — automatically generated, serves as an access key
- Registration date — for calculating the trial period
During use:
- Selected settings — currency, weight unit, data era (stored locally on the device)
- IP address — technically transmitted during server requests, not permanently stored
- Usage timestamps — time of API requests (for rate limiting and abuse protection)
Data not collected:
- No location data
- No contact data (except email)
- No financial data of the user
- No tracking cookies or advertising IDs
- No sharing with third parties for advertising purposes
Purpose of data processing
- Provision and operation of the app
- User authentication (API key system)
- Management of subscription status (Trial, Base, Premium)
- Protection against abuse (rate limiting)
- Delivery of verification codes by email
Data storage
Data is stored on a server operated by Hosttech GmbH in Switzerland. The data is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).
The API key is stored encrypted in the Android Keystore / iOS Keychain (via Expo SecureStore) on the user's device.
Data sharing with third parties
Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. The following third-party providers are technically involved:
- Hosttech GmbH (Switzerland) — server hosting
- Google Play Store / Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing. All payment data (e.g. credit cards) is processed exclusively by Google/Apple. The operator has no access to this data.
Retention period
Data is retained as long as the user account is active. After account deletion or upon user request, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.
User rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request what data is stored about you
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to deletion — you may request deletion of your data
- Data portability — you may request your data in a common format

Minors
The app is intended for a general audience. Minors should use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Data from minors is not knowingly collected.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated as needed. Material changes will be communicated to users by email or within the app.
